who you are ENGRAVED in stone.
Your inquiry is being sent my way.
You can expect to see a letter back from me within 1-3 days. I can’t wait to learn more about you.
-
I’ll be anxiously awaiting what you’ve written me and begin dreaming up what your photos will look like.
01. Response
Within a few days, you’ll receive an email response from me & a follow-up text once that email is on its way to you, so you know to look for it.
02. Details & Planning
My email to you will have a little bit about me, some ideas about locations & timing, and more pricing information tailored to you & yours so you can continue planning.
03. Logistics
We’ll tidy up the details that will make your story yours (locations, date, hours of coverage, etc.) and create a contract and invoice for you that outlines the art we’ll create in a logistical way.
04. Wax Seal
The contract & invoice retainer will seal the deal, and we’ll be well on our way to telling your story.

I am a big fan of the good old-fashioned snail mail, I ADORE a hand-written letter in the mail. But business being business, I primarily operate via email.
I initially reach out to you via email to keep a record of all your details, and, I’ll be honest, I am usually a bit too wordy for a text.
*After this initial email, please feel free to text me follow-up questions, ideas, and everything you’re dreaming of, if text is easier than email for you.

After inquiring, you’ll be able to access your contract, invoice, and retainer in your very own private online portal.
01. Contract
Our contract outlines the hours of coverage, location, guaranteed number of photos, how the photos will be delivered to you, and more. Crossed T’s and dotted i’s all online.
02. Invoice
The invoice will be attached to your contract for ease of access. This will outline your hours of coverage, the total, and payment dates.
03. Retainer
The retainer payment allows me to reserve your date on my calendar, for you and only you. The retainer will be 40% of your total to officially secure your date and/or photo session.

After your inquiry, we can schedule a phone call together to go over your plans and any questions you have about photography.
Sometimes there’s just too many ideas floating around for emails, and a phone call can be a great way to organize it all. It’s also a great way to get to know each other, even though my anxious soul dreads a phone call. I find these so so valuable, so please feel free to schedule one with me!
If a phone call sounds like anxiety overload, that’s okay too, and snail mail is just fine by me.
